The Training Course will be conducted in Cantonese and Putonghua (with simultaneous interpretation to English, Cantonese and Putonghua).
有關課程 About the Course:
根據粵港澳大灣區調解平台頒布及制定的《粵港澳大灣區調解員資格資歷評審標準》（請按此），香港律政司制定《粵港澳大灣區調解員資格資歷評審細則（香港特別行政區）》（請按此）。擬經香港評審認可的粵港澳大灣區調解員申請人須完成本培訓課程，以符合「成功完成指定的粵港澳大灣區調解員培訓課程」的其中一項資格資歷要求1。申請人須完成本課程以申請首屆大灣區調解員評審，預計將會大約在2024年第3季開展接受申請。
According to the “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Mediator Accreditation Standards” (Click Here) published and promulgated by the Greater Bay Area Mediation Platform, the Department of Justice promulgates the “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Mediator Accreditation Rules (Hong Kong Special Administrative Region)” (Click Here). Applicants must complete this training course to meet the accreditation requirements of “successful completion of the designated GBA Mediator Training Course” to be accredited as GBA Mediator through Hong Kong2. Applicants are required to attend and complete this course before applying for the inaugural Greater Bay Area Mediator Accreditation, which is expected to commence around Q3 2024.

1「成功完成指定的粵港澳大灣區調解員培訓課程」指成功完成由香港調解資歷評審協會認可的不少於 40 小時的調解訓練課程及本課程。
2 “Successful completion of the designated GBA Mediator Training Course” refers to mediation training course of 40 hours minimum duration approved by the Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association; and this training course.
